Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the distinct needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while also being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must be licensed in New Jersey.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is a plus; we manage this regardless.
