Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific requirements of each patient.

• Operate autonomously while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Licensed to practice in Idaho.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is a plus, although we manage it either way.
