Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly individuals in a virtual environment.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Licensed to practice in Connecticut.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferably experienced in working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience in Medicare billing is an advantage.
