Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being an integral part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation using our advanced EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must be licensed to practice in Arizona.

• Possess a Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience working with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous, but we can assist regardless.
