Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being an integral part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or a comparable credential.

• Licensed to practice in Alabama.

• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus—though we can handle it either way.
