Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the distinct needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being an integral part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our optimized EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (compensated) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must be licensed in Illinois.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus, but we manage it regardless.
