Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being an integral part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Effectively manage documentation using our efficient EMR and AI documentation solutions.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or a comparable credential.

• Must be licensed in Maryland.

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous — we manage it either way.
