This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Receive, evaluate, and promptly respond to assigned intake referrals.
• Carry out biopsychosocial assessments and assist in diagnostic formulation under supervision.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans with guidance from a Clinical Supervisor.
• Deliver direct clinical services, encompassing individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy.
• Maintain an active caseload appropriate to experience level, with ongoing clinical oversight.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies in collaboration with a supervisor.
• Assist in discharge and aftercare planning to guarantee continuity of care.
• Provide case management services and coordinate referrals to external resources as necessary.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted provisional license (e.g., LSW, LAC, or equivalent).
• Foundational clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
• Interest in developing expertise in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or similar techniques.
• Experience with diverse populations and various mental health conditions is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in EHR systems.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
