Therapist Growth Consultant – LMFT, LCSW, LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Support payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness initiatives.

• Engage in the enrollment processes for both commercial and Medicaid payers.

• Complete and keep up-to-date CAQH and credentialing records.

• Review and endorse provider enrollment applications along with associated attestations.

• Attend occasional meetings focused on network expansion and market launches.

• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to gain insights into the provider and patient perspectives within the Arizona landscape.

• Assist in identifying local key opinion leaders in pediatrics and facilitate introductions when suitable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.

• Eligibility for credentialing with both commercial and government payers.

• Preferred experience in delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth environments.

• Strong organizational abilities and prompt fulfillment of credentialing requirements.

• Interest in contributing to innovative, technology-driven care delivery models.

• Preferred active enrollment in Arizona Medicaid.

• Required residency in the state of Arizona.
