Outpatient Therapist – Registered Interns, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth clinical services to adults, adolescents, and children facing mental health challenges.

• Maintain a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week.

• Support clients assigned by IMPOWER.

• Manage time and caseload to achieve the expected weekly productivity targets.

• Fulfill credentialing requirements set by IMPOWER, funders, and the Council of Accreditation.

• Submit necessary documentation and complete applications for all IMPOWER funders within 30 days of employment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in social work or a related field from an accredited college or university.

• Active Florida license in mental health, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

• Residency in the state of Florida is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in providing clinical services to children and families.

• Successful completion of screenings through local law enforcement, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and FBI.

• Passing pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.

• Completion of all credentialing requirements as specified by IMPOWER, funder needs, and the Council of Accreditation.

• Required documentation and applications for all IMPOWER funders must be submitted within 30 days of hire.
