This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Fully remote outpatient therapy role.
• Engaging with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and more).
• Standard session durations, including 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions.
• Steady outpatient caseload with clearly defined and transparent objectives.
• No responsibilities related to inpatient care, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.
• Access to an in-house referral network connecting to/from psychiatrists.
• Comprehensive operational support encompassing scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
• Autonomy in treatment decision-making.
• Flexibility to influence your schedule and weekly availability within operational frameworks.
• Clinical practices align with evidence-based standards.
• Care expectations are established by practicing clinicians, enhancing professional judgment and shared accountability for quality care.
• You will work independently, with accessible clinical leadership available for consultation and support. Our aim is to minimize administrative tasks so you can dedicate your efforts to patient care.
• Therapists must be independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Must possess an active, unrestricted license (support for multi-state licensing is available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses are required (California, New York, and Massachusetts are exceptions).
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload comfortably.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and capacity for independent decision-making are essential.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting.
• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments.
• (Highly desired) Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
• Employment options for both full-time and part-time positions as W-2 employees.
• Base salary of $70k with the potential to earn up to $20k in incentives.
• Salary increases based on tenure after two years.
