This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Fully remote outpatient therapy position.
• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others).
• Standard session durations consisting of 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments.
• Steady outpatient caseload with clear and transparent objectives.
• No responsibilities for inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.
• Access to an in-house referral network connecting to and from psychiatrists.
• Comprehensive operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
• Autonomy in treatment decision-making.
• Flexibility in scheduling and weekly availability within operational parameters.
• Clinical approaches grounded in evidence-based standards.
• Availability of accessible clinical leadership for consultation and support.
• Must be an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Must hold an active, unrestricted license (support for multi-state licensing is available).
• Required to have two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
• Comfort in managing a consistent outpatient caseload is essential.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and independent decision-making skills are necessary.
• Ability to practice in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment is important.
• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings.
• (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care).
• Predictable W-2 compensation along with full benefits.

• Minimal administrative tasks in a fully remote setting.
