This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient therapy position.

• Servicing lower to moderate acuity client populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others).

• Standard session durations consisting of 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.

• Steady outpatient caseload with clear and transparent objectives.

• No responsibilities related to inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.

• In-house referral network connecting to and from psychiatrists.

• Comprehensive operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.

• Autonomy in treatment decision-making.

• Opportunity to provide input on scheduling and weekly availability within operational parameters.

• Clinical methods aligned with evidence-based standards.

• Care expectations are shaped by practicing clinicians, supporting professional judgment and shared accountability for quality of care.

• You will operate independently, with accessible clinical leadership available for guidance and support. Our goal is to alleviate administrative burdens so you can concentrate on patient care. This model is ideal for clinicians who prioritize delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to their clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Therapists must be independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).

• Must hold an active, unrestricted license (support for multi-state licensing is available).

• Two or more independent and active state licenses are required (excluding CA, NY, and MA).

• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload comfortably.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and independent decision-making skills.

• Comfort in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment.

• (Highly preferred) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments.

• (Highly preferred) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).

• Please note, this position is not suitable for clinicians seeking supervision for licensure or those wanting to develop a fully self-directed 1099/Private Practice. You will be part of our team!
