This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
β’ Fully remote outpatient therapy position.
β’ Serving lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and more.
β’ Standard session durations of 60 minutes for both intake and follow-up sessions.
β’ Steady outpatient caseload with clearly defined and transparent objectives.
β’ Responsibilities do not include inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties.
β’ Access to an in-house referral network connecting to and from psychiatrists.
β’ Comprehensive operational support covering scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
β’ Autonomy in treatment decision-making.
β’ Opportunity to influence your schedule and weekly availability in line with operational guidelines.
β’ Clinical practice adhering to evidence-based standards.
β’ Supportive clinical leadership readily available for consultation.
β’ Must be an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
β’ Possess an active, unrestricted license (support for multi-state licensing is available).
β’ Must hold two or more independent and active state licenses (with the exception of CA, NY, and MA).
β’ Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload comfortably.
β’ Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and capacity for independent decision-making.
β’ Comfort in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting.
β’ (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments.
β’ (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
β’ Predictable W-2 compensation along with comprehensive benefits.
