This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Fully remote outpatient therapy services
• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others)
• Standardized session durations (60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions)
• Steady outpatient caseload with clear, transparent objectives
• No responsibilities for inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls
• Internal referral network connecting to and from psychiatrists
• Comprehensive operational support encompassing scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
• Autonomy in treatment decision-making
• Opportunity to influence scheduling and weekly availability within operational parameters
• Clinical methods aligned with evidence-based practices
• Supportive clinical leadership available for consultation and assistance
• Therapists must hold an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
• Must possess an active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support is provided)
• Two or more independent and active state licenses required (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload comfortably
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and capability for independent decision-making
• Willingness to practice in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting
• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other organized clinical environments
• (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-oriented modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
• W-2 employment available for both full-time and part-time positions
• Base salary of $70k with potential to earn up to $20k in incentives
• Salary increases based on tenure after two years
