This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Fully remote outpatient therapy services
• Serving lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and more)
• Standard session lengths of 60 minutes for both intakes and follow-up appointments
• Steady outpatient caseload with clearly defined and transparent objectives
• No responsibilities for inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls
• Internal referral network connecting to and from psychiatrists
• Comprehensive operational support covering scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
• Autonomous decision-making regarding treatment
• Influence over scheduling and weekly availability within operational constraints
• Clinical practices adhere to evidence-based standards
• Care expectations are influenced by practicing clinicians, promoting professional judgment and shared accountability for quality outcomes.
• You will operate independently, with accessible clinical leadership available for consultation and support. Our goal is to alleviate administrative burdens so you can prioritize patient care.
• Therapists must be independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Active, unrestricted license is required (multi-state licensing support is available)
• Two or more independent and active state licenses are needed (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload effectively
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and capability for independent decision-making
• Comfort working in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting
• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments
• (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
• Full-time and part-time W-2 employment options
• Base salary of $70k with potential to earn up to $20k in incentives
• Increases based on tenure after two years
