This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Fully remote outpatient therapy services.
β’ Working with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, among others).
β’ Standard session durations consisting of 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments.
β’ Steady outpatient caseload with clearly defined and transparent objectives.
β’ No responsibilities related to inpatient care, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.
β’ In-house referral network connecting to and from psychiatrists.
β’ Comprehensive operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
β’ Autonomy in making treatment decisions.
β’ Ability to influence scheduling and weekly availability while adhering to operational guidelines.
β’ Clinical practices aligned with evidence-based standards.
β’ Accessible clinical leadership for consultation and support.
β’ Therapists must hold an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
β’ Must possess an active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support is available).
β’ Two or more independent and active state licenses are required (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
β’ Comfort in managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
β’ Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and capacity for independent decision-making.
β’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting.
β’ (Preferred) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments.
β’ (Preferred) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
β’ Predictable W-2 compensation along with full benefits.

β’ Minimal administrative load in a fully remote setting.
β’ Clearly defined expectations regarding caseload, documentation, and pace.
