Therapeutic Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Optimize sales and achieve sales objectives based on customer insights for brands within the designated territory.

• Build and nurture relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

• Formulate and execute strategies to meet sales targets.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the marketplace for brands in the territory.

• Collect and analyze market data and customer insights through interactions with stakeholders and other sources.

• Identify and evaluate market opportunities and collaborate with the local team to determine strategies.

• Disseminate market knowledge and customer insights internally.

• Implement and continuously refine regional and brand strategies.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, activities, and expenses.

• Initiate and carry out customer engagement activities.

• Identify and connect with customers and relevant stakeholders.

• Share best practice initiatives.

• Work in partnership with Marketing, Medical, Patient Access/Engagement, Sales Force, Service functions, cross-functional teams, private practice-based clinicians, and nurses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales.

• Strong comprehension of the German healthcare system and local market dynamics.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Highly self-driven and organized.

• Capability to work independently in a field-based environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including overnight stays.

• Proficient in German.

• Good command of English.
