This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Achieving or surpassing sales targets within a designated territory by formulating, executing, and implementing a comprehensive business plan that focuses on key customer targets.
• Exhibit expertise regarding scientific and clinical information related to Acoramidis.
• Employ a customer-focused approach to engage clients in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
• Analyze sales data effectively to pinpoint opportunities for business expansion or areas needing attention in the territory.
• Accountable for strategic business planning and the execution of essential company initiatives.
• Uphold company standards by demonstrating honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability, while performing all responsibilities in line with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate compliant with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other key cross-functional team members to devise strategies that promote high customer satisfaction.
• Formulate and execute a dynamic territory business plan by assessing the competitive landscape and market conditions to drive business growth.
• Build, foster, and sustain professional relationships with targeted Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including physicians, medical staff, and key hospital personnel, as well as multi-disciplinary center staff.
• Navigate the hospital formulary process and devise strategies to ensure effective product positioning and availability.
• Anticipate potential business obstacles, adjust priorities as necessary, exhibit flexibility, and create solutions to overcome challenges.
• Maintain a superior level of proficiency in sales skills, as well as clinical, market, product knowledge, and an understanding of the territory's business environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and company personnel to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and initiatives.
• Strategically plan and organize schedules to maximize efficiency and effectively reach goals and objectives.
• Represent the company as an ambassador, presenting a professional image and upholding integrity and respect for the company, its products, and its people.
• Complete assignments and projects designated by Sales Leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Over 8 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR.
• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in product/indication launches: Proven track record of successfully introducing new products and/or indications in highly competitive markets.
• Strong skills in leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute plans effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a commitment to maintaining high accountability standards.
• Proficiency in influencing others without formal authority, both internally and externally.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong ability to utilize remote technology to engage with clients.
