📋 Description

• Achieving and surpassing sales targets within a designated territory by formulating, implementing, and executing a comprehensive business plan focused on key customer targets.

• Demonstrating subject matter expertise regarding scientific and clinical information related to Acoramidis.

• Adopting a customer-centric approach and engaging clients in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.

• Analyzing sales data effectively to uncover growth opportunities or identify concerns within the territory.

• Responsible for territory business planning and the execution of essential company initiatives.

• Upholding company guidelines while embodying honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability, ensuring all responsibilities align with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Collaborating compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, Marketing, and other key cross-functional team members to devise strategies that ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Creating and implementing a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the business landscape and market dynamics to drive growth. Building, nurturing, and maintaining professional relationships with targeted KOLs, including physicians, medical staff, and key hospital personnel.

• Navigating the hospital formulary process and devising strategies to ensure successful product positioning and availability.

• Anticipating potential business challenges, adjusting priorities as necessary, demonstrating flexibility, and crafting solutions to address these challenges.

• Maintaining an exceptional level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market understanding, and the business environment of the territory.

• Collaborating with colleagues and company personnel to achieve corporate goals and initiatives.

• Effectively planning and organizing schedules to maximize efficiency and accomplish objectives.

• Serving as an ambassador for the company, presenting a professional image and representing the company, products, and people with integrity and respect.

• Completing tasks and projects assigned by Sales Leadership.

• Ensuring that all activities comply with applicable regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

• Over 8 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR.

• Experience in product or indication launches: a successful history of launching new products or new indications in competitive markets.

• Strong capabilities in leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.

• Ability to prioritize and execute plans effectively.

• Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of accountability.

• Capacity to influence without authority, both internally and externally.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in utilizing remote technology to engage with customers.

• Commitment to BridgeBio’s high ethical standards.

• Significant travel is required.
