Therapeutic Education Manager, Rare Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Educator (CE) delivers disease and product information along with ongoing support to patients and caregivers affected by ITP, aTTP, and multiple myeloma, as appropriate.

• The CE fosters and maintains robust working relationships with relevant clinical staff to provide education that ensures a seamless experience for patients.

• The CE collaborates with cross-functional team members to facilitate timely and continuous access to therapy.

• Educate healthcare providers to ensure they are well-informed prior to treating prescribed patients with approved resources.

• Ensure that patients are well-informed and do not encounter unnecessary barriers to therapy.

• Engage with patients suffering from ITP, aTTP, and multiple myeloma to educate them about their disease and available products using approved resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree is mandatory.

• A nursing or clinical background is essential; an advanced degree is advantageous.

• Prior commercial and/or clinical experience (in a hospital or home health setting) is required.

• Experience in Rare Disease, Hematology/Oncology, or Apheresis is preferred.

• A minimum of 3+ years in account management and/or patient education within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

• Previous experience with product launches is preferred.

• Capability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.

• Familiarity with medical and pharmacy benefit products.

• Strong empathetic listening skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% within a designated territory is required.

• A valid Driver’s License is necessary.
