Text-to-Speech Quality Assurance Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess text-to-speech rendered outputs to guarantee they accurately represent the sanctioned source script

• Verify outputs for adherence to formatting and structural standards

• Identify and report any issues discovered during the review process

• Assist in a text-to-speech quality assurance initiative for a prominent healthcare engagement platform

• Evaluate automated voice outputs utilized in patient communication systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States

• Native proficiency in Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Ilocano

• Minimum mid-level experience required

• Background in linguistic QA, annotation, or data labeling

• Familiarity with IVR, voice prompts, or conversational systems

• Experience in subtitling, transcription, or captioning

• Knowledge of audio quality assessment or media QA

• Background in voice-based call centers or customer support

• Experience in interpretation or translation
