Testing Psychologist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct intake interviews and psychological evaluations for patients across all age groups and their families.

• Administer, interpret, and synthesize psychological test batteries that assess cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic performance.

• Provide evidence-based diagnostic insights and actionable recommendations customized to meet individual needs.

• Collaborate with and oversee the work of psychometrists and psychometrist assistants.

• Manage the administration of tests, scoring processes, and ensure quality control standards are met.

• Offer feedback through live sessions and recorded videos to convey findings and recommendations effectively.

• Maintain precise testing data and comprehensive documentation.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and modify testing strategies for virtual implementation.

• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions either virtually or in-person as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association.

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.

• Preference for candidates who are PSYPACT authorized or eligible.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.

• Knowledgeable in assessing complex behavioral health concerns, including ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma.

• Proficiency in psychological and psychoeducational assessment instruments, such as BASC, Conners, WAIS, and WISC.

• Strong therapeutic communication skills.

• Skilled in using telehealth platforms and remote testing technologies.

• Experience in conducting assessments remotely.

• Capable of providing care either virtually or in-person within your own workspace.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.
