Test Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable automated testing solutions for web applications and APIs.

• Construct and enhance test automation frameworks utilizing Playwright along with TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Develop, execute, and uphold automated end-to-end, integration, and API test scenarios.

• Incorporate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.

• Enhance test coverage, stability, execution speed, and overall QA processes.

• Analyze test outcomes, investigate failures, and collaborate with development teams to address issues.

• Leverage AI-assisted development and testing tools for test creation, analysis, debugging, and improving QA efficiency.

• Establish and advocate for best practices, standards, and documentation in test automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, or in a comparable role.

• Strong practical experience with Playwright.

• Solid understanding of TypeScript and/or JavaScript.

• Proven experience in automating tests for web applications and APIs.

• Practical knowledge in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.

• Experience with Git and integrating CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2.

• Capability to analyze test failures, troubleshoot problems, and enhance test reliability.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and testing tools.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
