Senior QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement thorough manual testing across both new and existing functionalities.

• Design, create, and sustain Java-based test automation frameworks utilizing Selenium/Selenide.

• Take ownership of the complete quality assurance lifecycle: test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management.

• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and release schedules.

• Advocate for QA best practices and promote a culture of quality within the team.

• Lead all QA initiatives for a core platform delinquency team within a banking environment.

• Establish effective testing methodologies for highly intricate systems.

• Guarantee consistent delivery and ongoing quality enhancement across the platform.
