Test Analyst – Part-time, Team Responsibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct software testing with an emphasis on new software functionalities.

• Provide mentorship and assist in the professional growth of team members in manual software testing.

• Maintain close collaboration with project management concerning testing activities.

• Oversee prioritization, resource allocation, and leadership of the testing team.

• Develop test cases and gather requirements.

• Record test results and compile defect reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a software tester in quality assurance.

• Educational background in an IT-related field, either through a degree or vocational training.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

• Leadership experience is a plus, but not essential.

• ISTQB certification is considered advantageous.

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in the German language at a technical and professional level.
