Insight Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Examine consumer, retail, and market research datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

• Compute and analyze key business metrics such as market share, household penetration, brand awareness, and purchasing behavior.

• Manage and refresh recurring reports, trackers, and data tables.

• Generate charts, summaries, and presentations that effectively convey findings in a clear and actionable manner.

• Review data outputs and verify calculations to ensure precision and consistency.

• Discover significant insights and convert complex data into actionable business recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in English-speaking settings.

• Assist client-facing and internal initiatives by providing high-quality analysis and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Business Analytics, Reporting, Data Analysis, or comparable analytical roles.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• Advanced skills in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested IF statements, and handling large datasets.

• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and derive meaningful business insights.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying findings to stakeholders across various business sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Finance, or related disciplines.
