Services Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The Services Analyst is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of both simple and highly intricate reporting solutions.

• Implementation timelines can vary, spanning from a few days to several months based on complexity.

• Services Analysts will work together with various stakeholders to pinpoint business risks through data analysis and propose actionable recommendations.

• Involvement in developing financial forecasts and business models, while managing updates in Anaplan, Tableau, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Support in monthly reporting through variance analysis and trend assessments, delivering accurate insights regarding financial performance.

• Overseeing costs, budgets, and leading activities related to compensation planning.

• Identifying business requirements through collaborative sessions focused on gathering specifications.

• Crafting user-friendly customized reports and dashboards by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the use cases employed by the business.

• Conducting data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, or risks, and identifying mitigation strategies and recommendations to communicate with stakeholders.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience in developing business intelligence reporting on platforms like Tableau and Anaplan.

• Proven analytical skills with the capability to perform data backend analysis.

• Familiarity with handling confidential data.

• Strong initiative towards achieving results, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and cross-team dynamics.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), alongside strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
