This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Monitor daily ticket queues and respond to requests according to SLA and priorities.
• Ensure that all requests are addressed within the SLA to prevent escalations.
• Serve as the initial security filter, verifying that tickets include all necessary information and that the manager's approval is correctly attached before proceeding with the release.
• Engage with requesters to rectify incorrectly submitted tickets or those lacking information, guiding users on the proper process.
• Address incidents by performing necessary analyses to resolve issues, participate in WarRoom sessions when required, and support first-level teams and other stakeholders.
• Participate in the onboarding process, ensuring that it proceeds as expected, addressing any failures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the process.
• Monitor internal movement flows, ensuring that policies are applied, especially regarding the revocation of access for eligible cases.
• Prioritize the execution of terminations and guardrail processes, deactivating accounts, particularly in legacy systems, to ensure company security.
• Create and keep updated all Access Management documentation (standards, policies, processes, procedures, etc.).
• Execute audit controls and access recertification. Responsible for extracting reports, collecting IPEs, compiling access recertification reports, and governing the entire process.
• Occasionally develop small automations to assist in daily operations.
• Proven experience in Access Management and end-user support.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
• Experience in creating automations and scripts to streamline operational routines.
• Familiarity with the use of Artificial Intelligence to support work routines.
