This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and execute Red Hat Services within the intelligence community sector.
• Work in conjunction with designated sales teams, partners, and customers to promote, define, and cultivate service opportunities.
• Oversee revenue, bookings, and margin objectives across designated accounts, territories, or subregions.
• Expand the assigned territory through internal business collaborations, alliance initiatives, and partner programs.
• Achieve year-over-year growth objectives.
• Provide weekly forecasts for revenue and bookings.
• Manage escalation processes and ensure issues are resolved.
• Develop and execute relevant service contracts.
• Negotiate and provide insights on teaming agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and OCI documents.
• Offer sales and scoping support to clients to enhance Red Hat Consulting revenue.
• Participate in or organize customer meetings and events.
• Create customer roadmaps to enhance the presence of Red Hat Services.
• Foster account-level and broader partner relationships.
• Assist in the interviewing and screening of subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Resource Management Office teams regarding hiring needs and events.
• Coordinate with senior managers, directors, and vice presidents on capacity and hiring strategies.
• Experience in customer-centric intelligence community field services sales and delivery.
• Familiarity with sales cycles and presenting service methodologies to sales teams and public sector clients.
• Proficient in presenting to and managing relationships with executive customers.
• Proven track record of effectively overseeing and managing multiple accounts, including service sales cycles.
• Knowledge of Red Hat products and solutions.
• Experience in leading large and complex teams, including navigating clearance processes and requirements.
• Exceptional presentation skills demonstrated through participation in conferences or customer meetings.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a software organization or equivalent.
• Background in people management responsibilities.
• Experience in managing extensive customer programs, solutions, or territories.
• Active security clearance or capability to obtain one.
