Territory Sales Specialist – Wound Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing and boosting the sales of the Essity Advanced Wound Care product line within the designated geographic region.

• Main contributor to sales efforts within a specific territory or key metropolitan areas.

• Engage with various call points across the continuum of care, emphasizing Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers.

• Manage and penetrate alternative care sites effectively.

• Conduct thorough territory and account planning, including pre- and post-call strategies and targeting.

• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience is essential; experience in the Healthcare Industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with wound care and surgical markets is advantageous.

• Additional experience in Business to Business sales is beneficial.

• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, competitive, tenacious, possess high integrity, be fearless, strategic, passionate, and a team player.

• Overnight travel, weekend work, and evening hours may be required (approximately 25-35% of the time).

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required.

• Experience with CRM systems is recommended (e.g., Salesforce.com, Dynamics).
