Dough Technologist, International Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer technical and application-specific guidance to clients, assess production needs, and devise suitable solutions.

• Perform trials and customer testing to confirm and enhance outcomes.

• Assist projects from initial inquiry to final commissioning.

• Record and share test findings to guarantee transparency and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Provide sales support with technical knowledge and solution positioning.

• Create and present internal training sessions on baking technology, processes, and application scenarios.

• Recognize potential enhancements in production processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in food technology or vocational training as a baker, master baker (Bäckermeister), or certified food technology specialist.

• Hands-on experience in a large commercial bakery or within the food industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of raw materials, dough properties, and industrial baking processes.

• Familiarity with production machinery, process engineering, and production workflows.

• Awareness of food law regulations, hygiene standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English, including in an international context.

• Willingness to travel internationally and adaptability to meet varied customer needs.

• Organized working approach, readiness to take on responsibilities, solution-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.
