Territory Sales Manager – Truck Tire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Retain and expand current accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities by implementing our sales strategy.

• Establish and nurture a robust and trustworthy relationship with customers in the assigned territory through regular site visits and sales calls.

• Develop and sustain sales activities with key regional fleets and dealers.

• Inspire customers by providing high-performance products, innovative technology solutions, and your product expertise.

• Oversee the launch process of new products and services to ensure their successful integration into our product line.

• Monitor performance and refine strategies by performing market analyses and forecasting articles.

• Address operational and administrative challenges, respond to internal and external inquiries, and prepare routine and special reports as requested by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 3 years of related sales experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience, which may be in the tire, automotive, or technology sectors, or any other field where consultative sales skills or business operations are essential, or 2+ years of military service.

• A valid driver's license with a responsible driving record.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, and climbing around commercial vehicles, with the capacity to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, including rolling, moving, or stacking items.
