This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Take ownership of and oversee several strategic accounts within a designated business segment and territory, ensuring a personalized, relationship-focused approach.
• Create and implement tailored strategies designed to meet the unique needs of each account, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Formulate and execute a detailed strategic plan aimed at capturing market share within the assigned geographical area.
• Be directly responsible for the sales revenue produced within the assigned territory, with a focus on achieving and exceeding established targets.
• Identify sales potential; prepare budgets; and maintain sales tracking and other administrative reports as required by management.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of sales opportunities sufficient to achieve annual top-line growth objectives.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, offering insights and strategies to maximize revenue generation.
• Utilize CRM software as the primary tool for managing daily sales activities, including pre-call planning, detailed contact management, quotations, communication/email tracking, and project management.
• Foster sustainable sales growth and engineering specifications by developing relationships with key decision-makers.
• Gain a deep understanding of the specific business segment, remaining informed about market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Create comprehensive action plans at the account level to identify the optimal approach based on application, industry knowledge, buying influences, and key differentiators.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and developments within the business, industry, and region.
• Use market insights to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the strategic accounts portfolio.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement and loyalty.
• Deliver technical presentations and product installation training to various audiences.
• Stay informed about Roxtec’s internal policies and the Roxtec Core Values relating to daily operations.
• Must be open to domestic and international travel up to 60% of the time.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Committed to the principles of Value Added Selling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies.
• Proficient in managing time and travel effectively.
• Possess strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for technical and/or project sales experience.
