This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Initiate outbound calls, dispatch emails/texts, engage on social media, and carry out follow-ups to establish connections with potential leads.
• Assess prospects and effectively convey our value proposition.
• Oversee and organize the sales pipeline within the CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Arrange and transfer calls to closers or conduct demonstrations based on lead readiness.
• Record all interactions and ensure precise CRM documentation.
• Work alongside the Sales Manager to enhance the outbound strategy and achieve team objectives.
• Offer insights on lead quality, objections, and potential sales opportunities.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound or commission-based sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Proficient in communicating via phone, email, and live chat/text.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines and follow up diligently.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or equivalent.
