This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop Pipeline — Perform outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn; follow up on leads generated by marketing and USPS; create qualified opportunities; keep a robust pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support Strategic Sales Efforts — Collaborate with Growth AEs and Regional Directors on targeted campaigns (Pharmacy, Fashion, 3PL, and more); assist in territory planning and account prioritization; take part in customer meetings, discovery calls, and product demonstrations.
• Engage Prospects — Assess prospective customers, pinpoint business needs, arrange meetings, and provide an exceptional customer experience; cultivate relationships with USPS representatives and referral partners.
• Drive CRM & Sales Excellence — Ensure precise activity and opportunity data; implement SalesLoft cadences; enhance skills in pipeline management, forecasting, PB product knowledge, and competitive positioning.
• Grow Through Structured Development — Receive coaching and training in areas such as prospecting, discovery, territory planning, USPS partnership development, opportunity management, customer presentations, negotiation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields
• Strong Communication Skills — Effective and confident interpersonal communication
• Drive, Coachability, and Self‑Motivation — Competitive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Comfort with Prospecting — Capability to make outbound calls and engage new prospects
• Organizational Strength — Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• CRM Familiarity — Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
