This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and cultivate new, exciting business relationships within our existing customer base and potential prospects.
• Leverage your Solutions Sales expertise to seek out and secure new business opportunities while expanding the current install base.
• Comprehend each customer’s requirements to deliver genuine, effective solutions.
• Accountable for achieving 100% or more of the established sales quota each quarter and implementing corporate initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive business planning and reporting, including monthly forecasts, weekly commitments, and pipeline development.
• Build strong, mutually advantageous relationships with channel partners both within the territory and across the organization, focusing on SLED Accounts.
• Discuss our complete range of end-to-end Wired/Wireless Data Networking, Network Management, and Security solutions confidentially, enhancing revenue and profit margins within the designated territory while achieving aligned quotas.
• Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with cross-functional teams within the territory and across the organization, concentrating on SLED Accounts.
• Possess knowledge of Erate funding and the Erate sales process.
• Present and showcase the value of products and services to potential buyers.
• Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
• Conduct cold calls and reach out to both prospects and existing customers.
• Must be a self-motivated individual with high energy and determination, who takes initiative and operates with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with SFDC and Clari.
• A highly trusted business partner who upholds and expects high standards for themselves and their team.
• Relevant industry and competitive knowledge.
• Willingness to travel weekly to meet with Customers and Partners.
• Proven track record as a hunter, with experience in developing new prospective customers and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to ensure target quotas are met and exceeded.
• Strong experience in business plan development and forecasting.
• In-depth competitive industry and product knowledge with the ability to articulate the Extreme Networks Business Value Proposition.
