This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will manage the initiation of contact — via phone, face-to-face, with no unnecessary steps.
• AI-prequalified leads will be supplied; your role is to engage them in meaningful conversations.
• You will assess decision-makers and arrange appointments that lead to conversions.
• You will progress along a defined career path: Opener → Setter → Closer.
• Each advancement entails greater responsibilities, more deals, and increased earnings.
• You will receive training from Sales Director Gero Tober, who has conducted over 50,000 sales calls.
• 1–2 years of experience in opening and setting — you have prior cold calling experience and are eager to continue.
• Proficiency in German at a native level — you will be engaging with German decision-makers.
