This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Take ownership of and oversee several strategic accounts within a designated business segment and territory, ensuring a personalized and relationship-focused approach.
• Create and execute tailored strategies that address the unique needs of each account, enhancing revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Be directly responsible for the sales revenue produced in the assigned territory, with a focus on achieving and surpassing established targets.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, offering insights and strategies to maximize revenue generation.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the specific business segment, keeping up with market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement and loyalty.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
• Proficient and knowledgeable in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Committed to the principles of Value Added Selling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Strategies.
• Skilled in time and travel management.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in technical and/or project sales is preferred.
