This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with oral surgeons, practice managers, and key clinical decision-makers.
• Facilitate product presentations, clinical discussions, and office demonstrations.
• Identify and seek out new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Meet sales targets and objectives established by the company.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and new product innovations.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain precise CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly and professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales (3+ years preferred).
• Strong hunter mentality with the capability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
• High level of professionalism and maturity—able to confidently represent the company in oral surgery practices.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Outstanding customer service and continuous support to current accounts.
• Participate in trade shows, study clubs, and industry events to promote products and services.
