This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take complete responsibility for the BDI portfolio in your designated sales territory, assisting our customers (interventional radiologists, angiologists, and vascular surgeons) throughout the purchasing process to enhance BD's brand and broaden the reach of our solutions.
• In conjunction with the clinical team, you will effectively manage both our current and prospective customers, acting as a friendly point of contact while focusing on the continual development of these relationships.
• In this role, you will devise effective strategies for further market expansion, implement various initiatives for new product launches, and thereby progressively increase the market share of BDI products.
• You will also keep a close watch on the overall market and our competitors, using your observations to inform valuable optimization measures.
• Finally, you will collaborate closely with internal specialists across various departments and external key opinion leaders, representing our company at trade shows and conferences.
• A degree in economics, medicine, natural sciences, or a similar commercial/clinical qualification or training.
• Sales experience, preferably within medical technology and specifically in endovascular vascular medicine, is beneficial.
• Familiarity with the German healthcare market, as well as human anatomy and physiology.
• Experience in preparing financial analyses, executing sales strategies, and engaging in other sales-related activities.
• Proficiency in German and very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Competent user of MS Office, with experience in CRM systems (SFDC) being an advantage.
• A highly empathetic networker with a confident demeanor, results-driven approach, and effective communication skills across all levels, complemented by a strong hands-on mentality.
• A valid driving license (class B).
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80%) within Germany.
• Preferred residence in Halle, Celle, Braunschweig, or Magdeburg.
