This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Present SIEG solutions in a consultative approach, assessing needs and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and oversee the commercial process until closure.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the SDR team to enhance visit scheduling and opportunity generation.
• Input and update data within the CRM system.
• Track commercial metrics and performance targets.
• High school diploma is required.
• Prior experience in field sales, commercial representation, or consultative sales.
• A valid driver's license (category B).
• Willingness to travel and conduct in-person visits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
• Background in technology, accounting, or services is a plus.
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques and consultative selling is beneficial.
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
