This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with oral surgeons, practice managers, and key clinical decision-makers.
• Perform product presentations, engage in clinical discussions, and conduct office demonstrations.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Meet sales targets and objectives established by the company.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and continuous support to existing accounts.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to implement effective sales strategies.
• Participate in trade shows, study clubs, and industry events to showcase products and services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly and professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales (3+ years preferred).
• Strong hunter mentality with the capability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline.
• High level of maturity and professionalism—able to confidently represent the company in oral surgery practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to build and sustain robust client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the territory.
