This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and secure new accounts for Valero Fleet Card programs.
• Achieve or surpass monthly KPIs related to net cards, gallons, and revenue.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to develop a strategic plan for expanding the territory.
• Independently generate leads and cultivate a strong pipeline of fleet opportunities.
• Keep precise records in Salesforce.
• Exhibit outstanding discovery and presentation abilities.
• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales with a proven ability in acquiring clients and building relationships.
• Consistent quota achievement in a business-to-business sales context.
• Capability to sell effectively against competitors.
• Strong skills in identifying, developing, and qualifying prospect channels.
• High level of territory management proficiency, including managing a multi-state area.
• Willingness to travel by air or vehicle.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
