This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Acquire knowledge of Victaulic products and their solutions for customer projects.
• Understand grooved mechanical pipe joining alongside competing methods such as welding and flanging.
• Gain insights into construction cycles, major projects, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Engage with local trade organizations and professional associations.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop a business plan that includes opportunity mapping, sales objectives, product promotion, and sales strategies.
• Oversee project pursuit and management from inception through to design, bidding, job-site training, commissioning, and post-sale follow-up.
• Collect quotation requirements, including application, specifications, pricing, and timing.
• Lead inside sales, engineering, and support teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Establish relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners.
• Partner with distributors and maintain a balanced distribution network.
• Coordinate with Victaulic representatives and regional market specialists.
• Understand customer requirements and educate them on the value of Victaulic products.
• Conduct tool demonstrations, installation training, and presentations for contractors and engineers.
• Influence decision-makers to maximize sales within the territory.
• Travel to customer locations and job sites, which may include overnight stays.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior sales experience in value-added products or services is preferred.
• Experience in commercial construction, PVF, or mechanical products sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of sales achievements.
• History of developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Confident, professional appearance, and engaging personality with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, resourcefulness, and creativity.
