This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
⢠Promote and sell our products and services to engineers, contractors, distributors, and end-users.
⢠Conduct market research to collect competitive intelligence and guide sales strategies.
⢠Collaborate with your manager to set and achieve sales objectives and forecasts.
⢠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors to foster long-term partnerships.
⢠Organize promotional events such as presentations, training seminars, and branch visits.
⢠Identify and pursue key construction and retrofit projects with significant sales potential.
⢠Enhance distributor networks to maintain high standards of customer service.
⢠Stay updated on industry knowledge and communicate training requirements to your manager.
⢠Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
⢠Provide regular updates on activities, progress, and market trends.
⢠2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the construction or related fields.
⢠Demonstrated ability to build relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors.
⢠Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with mechanical aptitude.
⢠A college or university degree is preferred.
⢠Willingness to travel about 25% of the time, which may include some overnight trips.
⢠Company vehicle.
