β’ Develop and expand the portfolio brands of Hultafors Group North America (HGNA).
β’ Independently identify, pursue, convert, and manage target accounts within the designated territory.
β’ Establish strong customer relationships to increase share of wallet, ensure satisfaction, and promote retention.
β’ Implement brand and product marketing campaigns within the assigned territory.
β’ Translate the company strategy into defined account priorities and actionable steps.
β’ Collaborate with agencies to support existing accounts and carry out sales strategies.
β’ Engage in regional and national trade shows, dealer meetings, and customer events.
β’ Collect and relay customer, competitor, and market intelligence.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally involving the sale of consumer durables in the Industrial/MRO and/or Commercial/Construction sectors.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of relevant product categories (e.g., levels, work gear, hand tools, or related HGNA product lines) is preferred.
β’ A positive attitude combined with entrepreneurial experience and a process-oriented mindset.
