This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee daily business operations and relationships within the designated East Coast account portfolio, with a focus on Boston and New England.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts throughout the coverage duration.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts at accounts.
• Promote new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and developing opportunities in the performance footwear, outdoor, health, fitness, and related sectors.
• Assess client requirements and deliver solutions, information, and support.
• Cultivate relationships with qualified prospects and convert new opportunities into active advertising clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential accounts and track outreach initiatives.
• Conduct market research to uncover opportunities for territorial expansion.
• Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale execution with internal teams.
• Ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication throughout the sales process.
• Travel within the territory for client meetings, appointments, and opportunities to build relationships.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in performance footwear, health and fitness, outdoor, or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of performance footwear and/or outdoor consumers, products, and distribution channels.
• Proven ability to establish robust client relationships while identifying and developing new business prospects.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to swiftly comprehend an account base and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Ability to independently oversee multiple accounts, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic sales setting.
• Excellent collaboration skills and capability to work effectively with cross-functional internal teams.
• Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a remote work environment.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the territory as necessary for account meetings and appointments.
• Remote position with the option to work from the office.
• 4-day workweek, Monday to Thursday.
• Friday is designated as a regular day off.
• Temporary role expected to last from November 1, 2026, to April 1, 2027.
• Not eligible for bonus or commission compensation.
