This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee all sales operations within a specified territory generating approximately $20M+ in annual revenue.
• Foster and enhance relationships with both existing and new customers, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
• Assess customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Secure, negotiate, and uphold customer agreements.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies, initiatives, and campaigns for the designated territory.
• Collect feedback from various company departments to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Service teams.
• Prepare and present sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Gain insights into market dynamics within the assigned territory.
• Create strategies to achieve revenue targets and perform territory analysis and planning.
• Manage sales pipelines and forecasts for both current and potential customers.
• Assess opportunities and risks while generating reports on forecasts, budgets, and objectives.
• Track sales volume, revenue, and forecasts consistently.
• Regularly communicate and provide reports on KPIs and sales advancement within the sales funnel/cycle.
• Contribute to sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies utilizing market intelligence and customer data.
• Report directly to Juan Felipe Correa, Director of Sales West & LatAm.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of the packaging and labeling sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
• Strong negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business analytical skills.
• Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with a diverse audience.
