This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Accountable for maintaining and expanding a customer portfolio with an emphasis on account management.
• Enhance sales and profitability by leveraging product expertise and offering solution-oriented support to clients.
• Observe market trends to foresee challenges and opportunities within the designated territory.
• Expand the Genuit product line within the specified region to provide added value for merchant partners and contractors.
• Create and manage a targeted prospect list to boost market share.
• Conduct regular reviews with key merchant partners to refine product offerings and strengthen partnerships.
• Develop and oversee a project pipeline that includes targeting and assisting contractors, specifiers, and M&E consultants.
• Analyze customer sales data using tools such as Excel, QlikView, and databases to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, trade events, and sales materials to foster territory growth.
• Represent Genuit Group at sales meetings, training sessions, and marketing events like trade shows.
• Extensive experience in solution selling within the construction industry.
• Strong capability to communicate concepts, promotions, products, and services through various mediums.
• Solid market knowledge of the construction sector.
• Ability to listen actively and professionally address customer concerns.
• Eligibility to work in ROI.
• Possession of a full clean driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage individuals at all levels.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize a diverse range of tasks.
